Key Qualifications Required minimum of 6 years in-house corporate or transactional law experience, preferably with an international focus Description Reporting to the Director of Corporate Law at Apple Responsible for global subsidiary legal structuring, management and maintenance Responsible for legal geographic expansion initiatives Will partner with various business and legal units including global finance, tax, treasury and operations, commercial and hardware law.
