Miami Heat star LeBron James and fiancee Savannah Brinson are planning a September wedding in San Diego, according to multiple reports. The Akron natives have sent cards to friends and family requesting they block off Sept. 13-15, the gossip website TMZ.com reported.
TMZ obtained a copy of the "Save the Weekend" cards depicting caricatures of James, Brinson and their two boys, LeBron Jr., 8, and Bryce, 5, on an airplane.
James' agent, Cleveland-based Rich Paul, declined comment on the wedding to the Beacon Journal.
"That's his personal life," Paul wrote in a text message.
Brinson and James have been together since high school. He proposed to her Dec. 31, 2011, at a party celebrating New Year's Eve and his 27th birthday.
